Re: Avatar, Clothes, and Accessories

Your 2 links go to some strange, wacky server btw. @Making the Max Avatar Clothing files available to other programs: First, before I go on about this, please realize that Cyan pretty much has wanted the fans to move forward with MOUL or OS based MOUL. Not Uru:CC, Alcugs, or anything else. Of course...

Re: Nice View

Plenty of tutorials for it, both on the Wiki here at http://wiki.openuru.org/index.php?title=3DS_Max_Plugin_Tutorials and here at http://dusty.homeunix.net/wiki/Andy%27s_Max_Tutorials If you use Blender, there are also tutorials for that here: http://dusty.homeunix.net/wiki/Andy%27s_Blender_Tutorial...

Nice View

Threw this together in Max this morning in just under 3 hours. Textures made in Genetica, except for the Earth, who texture I got from Blue Marble. Music is there because I was listening to it when I started recording the video, hehehe. Lots of fun!

Re: [STICKY] The Team OSCAR General Discussion Thread

If you have a large project (like an age with many different places), having those places on different pages can provide a very good advantage, such as paging those areas in and out, instead of having to rely on vis regions. Re: Project: D'ni Mechanical Area

Thanks. This is just a "Doodle" however. I've not worked on it in over a year. I could most likely mess with it again, but wanted to donate it here, just in case someone wanted to work on something that has already been started (sometimes the hardest part of Age creation, is just getting started and...

Re: Project: Sanctuary

Here you go Nye, as something tells me you are itching to mess with this one, ;)

Sanctuary.zip

Zip file contains the Max 7 file, .age file, and all the textures used so far. I re-imported it into Max 7 and re-applied most of the textures that were there.

Have fun! :D

Re: Project: Sanctuary

Before anyone can do work on this, I need to put it back in Max 7 (I started work on this in Max 8), which I've already started yesterday and should only take another day. @Dot: Let's hold of for now about the storyline. Originally it was suppose to be loosely linked to Devokan, as this is the place...
