Re: Media Content Player (VP8 versus libavcodec)
Great effort! From an ease of Cyan adoption point of view, anyone able to comment on build prospects on VS2003 as opposed to VS2013? The instructions for building webm(http://www.webmproject.org/code/build-prerequisites/) actually lists vs2003 as possible option and current configuration output sho...

Re: CWE Accessibility & Casual Development
With the github client for mac and windows you can already directly clone the repository from the github website. With sourcetree it isn't that much harder. Cmake is also easy to setup and use with the GUI. The problem is not the build setup, it is the ugly mess that resembles the code base. But tha...

Why would a short tanktop not be family friendly? Is a beach not family friendly either?
I don't know, maybe it's because the culture here on these things is different, but I don't understand.

I'm sorry for reviving this old thread, but there has been no new progress on this or the redistribution license since March?

Re: Github for OU.org?
I was looking at Fisheye today, looking for commits and review-progress, and found that there a sort-of offset between the Mercurial commits and what was displayed in Fisheye. Same thing for Bitbucket. Reviews are still open, but the actual code has already been merged into the repository. I would ...

Re: Doxygen all the things!
@Lyrositor : fyi I have started on pfConsoleCommandsNet.cpp as it is the file I am most familiar with it (probably the only file I am familiar with in the whole project >.>)

Re: Doxygen all the things!
I think FeatureLib might be a good place to start, most of it is already cross-platform safe ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aln-usiKgkEadE5YamhzTDJJdy1FU1IwRV9ORUdxUEE#gid=0 ) and it contains the console classes where people running their own servers will be interested in.These are a...

Re: Relationship GoW - OpenUru.org
@Lyrositor : As doxygen doesn't really have anything to do with the relationship between GoW&OU maybe we should discuss it here : viewtopic.php?f=92&t=735? That way it is all in one topic and not across the whole forum >.>

Re: Improving Instructions
I have a few comments on your list, I think some things would be kind of overdone /LocalData is the same as -LocalData. It's simply a matter of what syntax you prefer. Also for it not working with an external client, think of it this way. Do you want any user to be able to run a client with locally ...
