I'm kind of confused about setting up a MOSS shard. What will I need, what should I do, and how should I do it?

I only know of a couple so far (http://wiki.openuru.org/index.php?title=Open_Source_Shard_List), but I'm sure there'll be more if you hunt around on other websites. I guess a lot are likely to be private "experiments" rather than public shards, though. You're right. Most people haven't made public ...

Has anyone successfully gotten a CWE/MOSS shard set up and running yet? I'd really like to try one....
