Can't install MOULA for Minkata shard

Followed all instructions (copied avi, dat and sfx folderfrom existing MOULA installation to new Minkata folder. downloaded minkata client urulauncher.exe and copied to minkata folder. If I run urulauncher.exe it is updating and then shows the error: File not found on server , GUI_DistrictKIMarkerTimeMenue.prp.gz and stops the installation and quit.

Any help?

I believe the main Moul(a) authorization server is down at this time.

As of 11/23 1600 KI time, server is up and running
...for me at least!

It’s now time to open the restrictions on serving Cyan content, with a couple of exceptions. This is due to the new terms Cyan has announced for managing the MOULa content.

I’ll be changing the permissions on the files to serve them directly from Minkata this afternoon. That should solve many of these issues.
