Norton says you have Kooodies! but its wrong

Can't login. Norton keeps charging in and removing uruexplorer.exe says you have SONAR.ProHijack!gen5.
As with most Norton messages, there is no readily available explantion but it appears that this is Norton's paranoia about Fewer than 50 users and file actions: this file risk is high.
Note that Norton recently pushed out a major update
Recalled the file from quarantine, restored, and excluded from Norton
