Please note that a new "Product" has been set as the default for new tickets: This is labelled "October 2012 Update 2 (Minkata.65)" and should be used for the majority of new tickets, and especially if they are related to any of the items detailed in the "Minkata Shard Update: October 13, 2012" post. This helps us to identify the "version" of the code where you are encountering the problem.

Login or account creation issues should still be logged as "Shard Account Setup/Login".
