Shard Change Notice: Saturday 2012/09/29 8pm US/Mountain

What's changed? This is a minor update to include fixes to the "Free the Cursor" contribution (see here for update details.)

What should be tested after the change? Confirm that the windows cursor is no longer held captive by the game client and behaves as a normal Windows program with regards to changing focus with mouse clicks and hotkeys.

What's changed? This is a significant update of Avatar physics in the game (see here for update details.)

What should be tested after the change? Avatar physical interactions with objects in the game (i.e. moving things, kicking things, jumping, running, etc.) More details on an organized test effort will be posted soon.

Bake and drop some pellets and see they get attributed to you on your neighborhood imager.

Shard Change Notice: Tuesday April 9, 8pm [Minkata.74]

Post by rarified »

Shard Change Notice: Tuesday April 9, 8pm US/Mountain
A new update has been installed on the Minkata Shard. This brings the client to revision Minkata.74.

What's Changed?
The Minkata client has now been rebuilt with source code that has been cleaned from the proprietary source. No new features have been integrated into this release, but it still contains Physics updates and an Avatar fix (invoving Quabs).

Please try to exercise the client as fully as you can; there were several internal changes that affect video playback.

Shard Change Notice: Friday April 12, 2013 [Minkata.77]

Shard Change Notice: Friday April 12, 2013

What's changed? This is bug fix update Minkata.77 (see this post) to improve earlier fixes making the mouse cursor behave properly under Windows, as well as fixing a security exploit.

What should be tested after the change? As described in the linked posting above, verify the mouse cursor can be used to shift focus into and out of the game as other programs under Windows behave.

Additionally, please confirm once again the fixes from the last update period; Physics improvements and Quab bug fixes. This is the last shakedown before these changes are sent to Cyan to incorporate into MOULa. Because of the size of the pending changes, it is important we reduce as much as possible chances of introducing a bug into MOULa that will require reverting MOULa back and going through the update process again.

Thanks!
