That thought had crossed my mind too. I probably discounted it, but I guess some people may not have sufficent interest (understandably) to even ask for help. On the other hand, that probably means that they wouldn't have enough interest to bother reporting bugs either

I've added a couple of new metrics this month: For the shard, I've included the number of accounts that were actually used during the month - it's a better indication of how many people are using the shard than just the total number of accounts (thanks to Branan for suggesting that one). For the Hesk Support Tickets I've started recording what I'm calling the "long-term sick tickets": These are tickets that were raised more than a month ago that we haven't been able to either resolve or find an adequate description of the problem that would allow a JIRA issue to be recorded.
