Got the Jalek Sparkly and Reltoed to a frozen black screen @ 2:02 PM EST. Unable to log back in as well.

Please could everyone kill any hung launcher until we can get the server restarted. Seem like it won't got while there are conections still in that state. Make sure there are no hanging processes (UruLancher.exe, UruExplorer.exe) in Task Manager too.

We'll post again once the server is back up.

Use Task Manager to close the launcher, then check on the Processes tab that there isn't still a "hung" UruLauncher.exe or UruExplorer.exe running... If there is, right click on it and select "End Process".

We're back in another server re-start, since there's something weird with the states coming from the game server.

Was told we should log out--should we be trying to get back in, or waiting for "ok"?
