Right, they have two options for that – either integrate the building of resource.dat in their build system (more involved but gives them more control), or just put the pre-built one from the CWE-ou repository on the file server. In addition to that, he also needs to update libpng and zlib and adjust the zlib header path in closed-source projects. None at the moment. However, once it goes into CWE-ou, it will be part of the baseline that others may base their new contributions on.I don't know how many other updates depend upon that contribution.
