About “BUG TESTING & REPORTING”

Post by Chiro »

May I ask you a question here?

I read this carefully:
[Minkata Shard Testers Guide (in laymen's terms)]
However, I might not yet understand it well.

I think that it is necessary to check whether the bug that I am going to submit it to has been already submitted by somebody before submitting the ticket for reports of the bugs.

Can I watch the contents of the ticket which was already submitted?
Or should I submit a ticket without reading them?

Just report what you find, Chiro. Do not worry about what other people might have reported - we will link any related tickets together. You will find that some people will make forum posts about bugs they find and that is OK too. If you are not sure if something is a bug or not, you can make a forum post and discuss it before submitting a ticket, if you wish.
