I'm inclined to think that this might have been a server side glitch that caused the age state to fail to save, given that this seems, for now at least, to be an isolated incident. I don't know if MOSS caches the vault in a similar manner to MOULa's server, but in retrospect it might have been informative to see if the problem "went away" after a server restart.

There hasn't been a Minkata server restart since I rebooted it after the July fires. The updates so far have not required a restart.

I did do a first skim look at the server logs and nothing applicable to Annabelles problem jumped out (although there are a few other errors occurring that I'm going to have to look into).

Eh, that's pretty good given that MOULa gets all squirrelly if it runs for more than three weeks without a restart
