I get stuck at "initialising patcher" - no times come up for how long it might take, so I've not even got that far in. No "zombie" launchers running.

always good to know I'm not alone! But sad to have both MOULa and Minkata down. Might it be the snow storms in the US? A lot of people lost power or got snowed in...

The Foudry is working OK, so the server machine is accessible, which means it looks like MOSS has stopped running for some reason.
