Lack of details and you want to give them even less details?
Who said I do? "details" means more interactive objects, more pieces which shows the history of the area. Yeesha magic didn't add much details. For example, the minkata puzzle could have been done in a much more *detailed* way which respected the nature of the world, rather than "hey, look, a portal".
I don't think that yeesha-magic and bahro-magic were the most annoying things.
Not the most, but definitely one of the most. This is what people who didn't like Uru said, and even some who did.

Mac-Fife, are you a mod here? could you take my and realXCV off-topic posts to a new thread please?

Yep.

I guess it could be a lot better if we followed a set of rules. A set of rules always makes games more believable.

I agree on that. It also helps avoiding contradictions. But sets of rules should apply to the whole game instead of just one part of it.
