Foundry downtime for upgrades 2011.07.03

There are a number of overdue upgrades to be applied to Foundry software, so I'm going to take a chunk of time on Sunday 7/3 to apply them.

They cover the gamut from the Atlassain tools JIRA/Fisheye (and infrastructure components) as well as other tools such as Mercurial, OpenSSL, and Jenkins.

For this reason I'm advising that you prepare that all Foundry services will be offline starting around 4pm 7/3, and finishing sometime that evening (maybe 9pm or so).
