Outdated update message in JIRA?

A trivial point I guess but I notice that at the top of pages in JIRA is the banner message:
"JIRA upgrades are completed. Submit problem reports to OpenUru Foundry forum"
I occurs to me that those updates were some time ago but there's no date to show whether the update was last week, last month or last year. Added to which, JW has obviously pulled a fast one on rarified, because the forum that is linked in that message no longer exists!
It's hardly the most important thing in the world, but when I noticed it tonight it made me wonder just how recent or not those upgrades were.
