Foundry outage tonight, Dec 26th (JIRA/Fisheye)

Atlassian has been busy before Christmas... Everything we use has an update.

Things are quiet on the Foundry, so I'm going to take things down tonight after dinner and take my time on doing the updates right.

I'll post a reply when things are back up.

JIRA is back up and running. I'm going to postpone enabling Fisheye until tomorrow so I can verify some permission settings.
