Using citations and references

As part of the recent update to the OpenURU.org wiki, the Cite extension has been added.

This allows the creation of numbered footnotes or references, and can help to make articles that draw on numerous reference sources more readable. This extension needs a little bit of explanation in order to use it effectively, so I've taken some of the documentation for the Cite extension and tailored it to our needs.

Please read the help before using footnotes.
