Since a lot of people won't know what wiki templates are or how to use them, I've added a help page to the wiki on the subject.

Actually it isn't. Well, OK sometimes it seems like it is. Don't know what's going on there, but I've noticed that sometimes the images for the wiki don't seem to get pulled in. I just tried the page and got the broken image. I then went to the Template that displays the image and it worked fine. Back to the page and the image was OK :? Maybe something funny about the name resolution for assets.openuru.org sub-domain.

Should look like this:

But if the same issue applies here, then that may be randomly broken too :(

I've added a new template to the wiki, {{Sidebar}}, which (hopefully as the name suggests) allows you to add a "sidebar" text block to an article. This should be handy if you want to add an explanation of something, without detracting from the main flow of your article.

You can set which side of the page the sidebar will float to and the width of the sidebar (in pixels).

You can put formatting on the text in the sidebar, but I haven't really tested it out extensively, so if you find any oddities let me know.
