The evaluation will end if member support is overwhelmingly positive. The test instance will be wiped when approval is final.

In the time since WordPress MU was first evaluatioed, MU has become a standard part of WordPress now known as Multisite. Wordpress is very popular and does a good job for users and admins alike, so it is accepted and the evaluation is closed.

The current WordPress database in fine and will remain. It will not be wiped.
