Due to blog spams, blog registration has been disabled. Also, comments require blog registration and approval. Contacting a Blog Manager for an account is therefore mandatory. The register-to-comment policy will be relaxed for blogs that regularly prune their spam comments from the moderation queue. Under no circumstances should a blog disable the requirement for comment approval.
