To do before you can see who is the Blog resource manager

Bonjour,
Just in case someone else have this issue.
It seem that new registred users need to add themselves in the Members group before having access to the list of members. I didn't have acces to the link in the topic Blog Resource - Contact Blog Resource Managers For Account viewtopic.php?f=33&t=192#p1783 when I was only in the Registred user group.
There are instructions to folow here viewtopic.php?f=105&t=6#p12 to add yourself in Members group.
