Second Life in a Browser

Post by Nalates »

Today the beta of SL in a browser based version housed in the cloud is out. One can try it to see how it works. Remember. It is a beta. Anti-aliasing is not working and it is a stripped down version. No inventory, restricted chat/IM, limited teleporting, and other restrictions.

One does not have to sign up. An email is requested. It can be a throw-away address. No user ID or password. One is limited to a 60 minute trial. But you can have as many of those as you want.

You can see the details in a blog article here: Second Life in a Browser --- You will need to read them. There is a trick to getting the Browser Based version.
