ToDo: Find Development Lead

cjkelly's fine work in producing a buildable client has accelerated the need for a person to lead development and create permission solutions in JIRA to accomodate patches, reviews, merges, etc. into the main trunk. Obviously, the project cannot move forward without someone qualified to manage commits to CWE.

This thread will be left open past Tuesday for ideas and discussions about this community issue.
Perfect speed is being there.
