In addition to the formal email permission to revise the CWE GPL license, as requested by Chogon (Cyan Worlds) please sign below for public view. Do not post personal information. Your username is sufficient.

Just so that there are multiple copies of my agreement, in case something terribly awful happens to github where I originally posted my agreement.
