These last reports probably happened during an update, where the manifests for a brief time don't match the downloaded files, so your client either retries (infinitely) or hangs.

Since the issues are resolved, I'll move on to the next fire

I'm going to add some memory to the server hosting the Foundry and both Minkata shards today, Friday Jul 22.

The outage will start around 9:30am MDT and last (hopefully) no longer than an hour.

Most likely the account data has not yet been copied from Prime to Alpha. That is something done automatically, but at infrequent intervals. I'll force a synchronization of the account data in a little while, it should be working for you after noon MDT/KIT.
