Fan developers: Modifying MOULa Assets
As we have always felt, we really want MOULa to continue and to have new content. However, in its current form, we can not even begin to entertain the idea of making any updates ourselves. With that in mind, we want to loosen our grip on MOULa just a little bit which should make it easier for fans t...

Re: Updating weirdness with OpenUru#138
Well, I'm not sure how it happen but somehow my MOULa files became read-only. <shrugs> So, it looks like this is just one for the "Common Problems and how to solve them" thread.
Thanks!

Thanks!

Re: Updating weirdness with OpenUru#138
Thanks Treehugger! The interesting thing would be what version did you already have on your Win10 laptop? It might be hard to determine. I realize that Minkata build 121 roughly corresponds to MOULa build #138. But Minkata has had more updates beforehand, so knowing when it started might help track ...

Updating weirdness with OpenUru#138
Hi all, I've noticed something weird when updating with OpenUru#138. If a file needs to be updated, UruLauncher errors out with something to the effect of "Could not create file. Your harddrive must be full." I don't remember ever seeing this message before. Obviously, my harddrive was not full and ...

Re: Should a future MOULa client be H-uru-based?
Hi guys, Sorry for the "Chogon time" Good discussion here. To me (not speaking for all of Cyan), now that y'all are building the client and Cyan no longer is, these kind of decisions are mostly on your side of the court. It is not quite as simple as this but pretty much all I need is a client build ...

Re: Testing the new update
I don't remember which one went with the barho stone by the ferry dock but this is what settings are on MOULa now: islmTreasureBook01Enabled Value=True islmTreasureBook01Chance Value=50 islmTreasureBook01Proximity Value=False islmTreasureBook06Enabled Value=True islmTreasureBook06Chance Value=50 isl...

Re: RAD Game Tools License Concern - Immediate Action Requir
Hi Adam, You are where I was this morning, until I got a further explanation. What I did not realize was whoever at Cyan wrote plLayerBink.cpp had copied the code nearly verbatim from the RAD Tools SDK sample code. And that is what is in violation of Cyan's agreement with RAD Tools. Which carries *v...

Re: Proposed Open Source License update
It looks like everyone agrees with the wording of the new license. So let get this thing going! @Paradox: what you setup for getting permissions would almost work, but I would need more information. But I do like the wording... So, if all the developers involved could send me an email (markd@cyan.co...

Proposed Open Source License update
HI all, Cyan Legal has finally approved changes to the CWE open source license. Please read through this new text (below) and make comments. JW will set something up for existing contributors to give permission to change this license. Once we have those permissions then the new license can be releas...
