Hi, Rarified, thanks, it would be good to have a go at it sometime, when you have plenty of time on your hands! It seems to be a permission thing but when I try to change the folder from write-only, the change doesn't 'stick'.

But I'm sure you have more urgent issues right now.

I have found that the stones in the Teledahn slave cave don't stay in position on the pressure pads. But the blinds in the upstairs Teledahn bedroom seem to stay open.

Would you expect these results from the vault issue you are aware of?

Resetting to a month ago would be fine by me, as I haven't been active for a while

I have a Win7 tower that handles No Mans Sky just fine. It's pushing 100 here in San Antonio. I'm retired. How do I get in? exact instructions please.

I’m using Win 10 and the client runs normally, though the Minkata folder is on the D: drive. I’ll be doing some more testing tomorrow :)

The "new" server is running on the default Minkata shard. You just need start your Minkata client as usual and you will be accessing the shard with the new server.

A few more glitches and missing items: the fumaroles don't stay closed in Eder Gira. Edit: and the fish baskets don't stay in place either.

In Teledahn, the doors out of the shroom store-room and the secret room above it don't stay open. The lever that opens and closes the water gate doesn't work. Lots of missing items from Tokotah rooftop, including the orange hard hats.

Do you want more of this sort of report, Rarified, or do you have what you need? After all, it was the server you were wanting to be tested rather than this build of Minkata.

I have what I need that you folk can observe, it is now something I need to dig into behind the scenes.

I’ll let you know when I have something new to work with, from my digging I would have to restore the vault from May 1 if I have to go that route. But if I do that I won’t really know what happened, so the investigation continues. For now ;)

Thanks for the help, as always!

Running win 7 pro running new explorer
Tokotah roof only noticed no hard hats
As before, changes to the ages do not stay. Had to repower teledhan once. But it's worse, cannot proceed on yeeshas journey thru Eder Gira. Simply leaving to Eder Kemo and returning, the lights will not stay on and the baskets will not stay placed.
Relto door is intermittent. Some times it stays open, usually it's closed on return. Able to complete other ages on the yeesha path so far.

Tokotah - Yeah, I didn't notice. Notes are there but notebooks are gone from there and the museum. DRC tents and tables absent from the central plaza. Access to the Library blocked by barriers. Linking books and Yeesha page missing from the museum. rope bridge is gone (It Should be gone. it's been over 20 years in a dark damp environment with no maintenance for most of that)
Path of shell - annoy and Ercana both complete (but on return to Ercana, everything is reset)
Kirl - got the shirt and access to pub
Great Zero - can set the ki to markers and pick up the first marker in GZ calibration. Ki is dead to markers anywhere else.
Checked with both new explorer and old, existing one. With the old one, books from the library Minkata etc and musuem pods were accessible.
