This afternoon I’m going to take Minkata down to do some debugging of the game state issue.

I don’t have a way to accurately predict how long it will take, but at this point I would expect it to take a couple of days.

During the outage, it may appear that Minkata is up, but the vault will have been wiped, and all user accounts will be missing. Please do not try to (re)create your account or avatars during this period. The cleaner I can keep the server vault the easier it will be to chase down the problem.

Don’t be concerned, the existing vault will be safely tucked away and restored when I am finished.

I may be reaching out to some of you regarding your observations of the problems in the thread about the issue.

No, unfortunately Minkata is not back yet. Right after I took it down some urgent RL interrupted things, and are starting to calm down but not there yet.

I so wanted to have something good to report at AGM

I'm getting to spend more time on it each day, little by little. I'm not dead yet.
