Just like instances, KI locations were seriously messed up in MOUL. Often the KI locations deviated from the usual pattern and different parts of the KI referred to the same location differently. For example, the KI would show your location as “ErcanaCitySilo”, while it would show that same location as “D’ni-Ashem’en” in a conversation. The same with “D’ni-Rezeero” and “GreatZero”. More than once the internal Age names were mixed up with the user-friendly and canonical KI names. Even the Cleft just showed up as “the Cleft”, while it used to be “D’ni-Riltagimin”.

Let’s have a look at all the KI locations during D’mala (I hope I didn't forget any):

• Relto
• Teledahn
• Gahreesen
• Eder Gira
• Eder Kemo
• Kadish Tolesa
• Neighborhood
• Nexus
• D’ni-Ae’gura - including areas that are technically in a different Age, like the Baron City Office
• D’ni-Rezeero - the Great Zero
• D’ni-Rudenna - this is the location of the brown Bahro Cave, apparently located in D’ni above the Rudenna district
• D'ni-Riltagimin - this means ‘D’ni-unknown’, so an unknown area in the Age of D’ni, like the Cleft, which wasn’t known to the D’ni
• ??? - an unknown Age, like the Bahro cave above the stars.

You can see that the KI location always looks like this: (with the exception of the ‘hoods)

• “Age name”
• in case of a location in D’ni: “D’ni-area/district”
• the KI locations are in D’ni, not in English

Well, that was really messed up during MOUL with the addition of “Watcher’s Pub”, “Old Spyroom”, “Descent” and “K’veer”. Of course we know better, but if you’re only looking at the locations, you would assume these places were all separate Ages. Where is the D’ni prefix? And why doesn’t the Spyroom just show up as “D’ni-Ae’gura”? And isn’t Descent just the internal Age name?

The Bahro caves are even worse... IIRC “???” doesn’t even exist anymore, and all those new Bahro caves that were added in MOUL are called D’ni-Rudenna, even though they are above the star field and not in D’ni. And in conversation they are called LiveBahroCaves?!

And then we have locations like “the Cleft”, “GreatZero”, “EderDelin” (where is the space?), “EderTsogal”, “PelletBahroCave, “ErcanaCitySilo”. This is really annoying and while it is just a piece of text, it gives the impression that the entire game is bugged.

So my proposal for OpenUru/MOOSE is to fix the bugs with locations, so that the same locations do not have multiple references and that internal Age names are separated from the locations shown in the KI, and to make sure that locations follow the old pattern again.

I propose the following locations:

• D’ni-Ae’gura - including areas that are technically in a different Age, like the Barin City Office and the old spyroom
• D’ni-Rezeero - the Great Zero
• D’ni-Rudenna - the brown Bahro Cave above the Rudenna district
• D'ni-Riltagimin - the Cleft
• D’ni-Tiwah - Descent (Tiwah=shaft)
• D’ni-K’veer
• D’ni-Kirel
• D’ni-J’taeri - the Watcher’s Pub
• D’ni-Ashem’en - the silo
• ??? - All the other Bahro caves, including the ones added for Minkata, Pods, and the Eders, and the PelletBahroCave
• All of the Age names spelled properly

Note: I have no idea what the Guild Pubs should be called, since we haven’t got a clue where they are located. Perhaps we should ask RAWA?

I think the watcher's sanctury should be called "D'ni-Ae'gura". J'taeri IS in ae'gura, isn't it?

I guess the guild pubs are around the cavern. Random district names will be cool, we get to know more of the cavern.

D'ni-Ae'gura is also possible, but J'taeri is a bit more specific, so that you can easier find people when they're in D'ni. The same goes for D'ni-Rezeero which is also on Ae'gura.

Having "D'ni-Ae'gura" everywhere is like having a "you are here" map without the "you are here" spot.

Okay, so maybe we can have "D'ni-Ae'gura-Lower City" which is the library, terminal, tokahta, spyroom and all that, "D'ni-Ae'gura-J'taeri" which is the watcher's sanctury, and "D'ni-Ae'gura-Rezeero" for the rezeero.

No one ever complained about this being the case with Sharper's office as far as I know... But I agree that there shouldn't be too many placed labelled as Ae'gura, that's why I also proposed J'taeri. But I don't think the spy room would need a separate name... I mean, if a little room like the spy room deserves its own name, then surely every building in Ae'gura should need its own location (Palace, Library, Museum). That would be chaos.

I propose D'ni-Ae'gura for every locations that are in Ae'gura and from where you can see Ae'gura (the city) or a part of it.

But then you or I can get confused with which location is being talked about?
