I'm not a graphic artist, so this isn't an area I can provide much material on
Mantis looks pretty good even in the raw state. I'd keep it simple, to be honest.

With the opening of the real bugtracker
bugs.openuru.org I'm going to shut down the test Mantis and Eventum installations.
If there are any other tools you'd like to have a sandbox instance to play in, let me know, and I'll
see what I can set up.
(I'm afraid a test implementation of OpenURU is beyond my capabilities ATTM 
)
